Amanda helped me a few years ago and was great. This year I accidentally was late a few days to pay the Cal Fair Plan and they said I could not pay and had to reach out to the agent to rewrite. I have called, texted and emailed with no response from Amanda.
Curtis I was able to get a hold of once and he said call them directly and try to pay and if they won't let you call back. I did that Fair Plan said no. I have called, texted and emailed with no response from either Curtis or Amanda. They didn't even have the courtesy to tell me they no longer want my business.
