I live across Baker St opposite the employee entrance. On the Saturday following Thanksgiving my son and family were packed up and ready to drive back to Virginia. Because of the snowstorm, my driveway was slippery and his van slid off the driveway and into the lawn where they were stuck. A kind driver leaving Cummins, stopped , pulled them out, then drove off without accepting any money for his help. That was a wonderful act of generosity and kindness!!!

Appointment was at 6pm got there at 5pm. Waited all the way till 4am to get a door. Got loaded in an hour. In that time of waiting several tens of trucks got to go before me. What’s the point of appointment times? And the people that work there speed outta there in the morning during shift change and won’t let you cross their street. 20mph speed limit and the workers are doing over 35 mph in the parking lot

Huge waste of time!!!!! Huge corporate companies like this don't give a ____ about how hard of a worker you are, someone doesn't like you and boom there goes your job, don't work for huge corporations like this, they only care about 1 thing and that certainly doesn't include you!!!

I sent Kenworth headquarters Kirkland, Washington a question about why you guys in Jamestown New York are building Cummins motors with junk fuel injectors off your assembly line. These trucks are literally breaking down a month or two after they're bought brand new and then repeatedly for a year or two after. All because of the junk fuel injectors. Way to go Jamestown.

Been here 3 times, check in process is a bit wonky. Currently been here 2 hrs waiting for a call just to drop and hook. Trailer was supposed to be ready at 2:30 and it is 5 now. Been here since 3, and there are a bunch of trucks in line!

Avoid this place at all costs! Don’t pick up any loads from here if you can. I’ve been stuck in line for almost 11 hours now and I still don’t know when I will be loaded as I’m wiring this review. Some people here have been waiting for 2 days now. If I only could go back in time I would refuse this load. The security gate people don’t provide any information either. I’m sitting here without any food or proper restroom completely unaware of what’s going on …

What a bad place to pick up a live load from be ready take youre 10 here forget about appointment times oh and don’t worry how big the line of truck on the driveway if you dont call that number to check in you not in line 👎👎

Not as bad as the older reviews stated. It's much better in the last year or so. Loads times are pretty quick once you get a door... 15 to 20 minutes once in the door. Wait time outside the gate varies depending on where your load is going. But allow a couple f hours to be safe. Security and gate staff are really nice. They get it, and hate to make you wait. But it is beyond their control. They will communicate any delays to you as they receive them. All in all, it's not a bad gig.
