I was with culligan for many years. The drivers were excellent and very helpful. They always called ahead to tell me they were coming. The water is good. For some reason, after many years of mailing the monthly statement they quit. We had a new girl in the office that did not catch this. They continued to deliver water for 3 months. All I can say is watch out for that. They claimed they left several messages however none of us got them. We did get the expected delivery ones though. They did not have our email address so they could not email us. I gave up and went somewhere else. They were quick at paying me what they owed me for the bottles. Good water and good drivers. Poor communication from billing and customer service

They don't even deserve 1 star! I ordered a cooler and water almost 2 months ago and I was told it would be here the next day. Just now I received an email from them asking me to update my payment information. Are they serious? I would not do business with them as this is how they treat potential new customers!

This is a weird review… but stay with me… I have had culligan for a few months now, never had a problem until this month. The driver had an issue with his truck and my water wasn’t delivered… it’s all good, I waited to hear from them per their email. A few days went by and nothing, so I called. The coordinator said she was under the impression he had delivered and if it wasn’t there today it would be there first thing tomorrow. Well, today and tomorrow came and went… I called back… they delivered my water to the wrong address.. I was told if not today, tomorrow…. Same thing, today and tomorrow came and went. I left a message saying I was cancelling. Such Poor communication on their part and I was done.
I called back today and asked to speak with the office manager. Tammy single handedly saves my account for culligan. She came and delivered my water on her own, no truck.
This is excellent above and beyond customer service and an amazing job with customer retention. I was all but ready to have another company deliver.

I was shopping around for a new home Filtration systems. I reached out to Culligan. Ryan Shelley Came out to discuss the system. Tried selling me a system that was not needed in my house as I had already had two other water companies come in. Culligan was also $2000 more in the price with all the extras that they were trying to sell me. I told him I would take his offer under advisement and would be back to him if I was interested. Every dayI have received an email from him and the company reminding me to sign the E-document for the last 12 days. I have emailed them numerous times to remove my name from their list and I still keep continuing to receive these emails. I would recommend not giving them your email information if you have them come in to price out a system.

Used to be great. Upgraded to a new softener and filter. Filter as far as I can tell has been fine. The new units have wifi. The filter seems fine, but the softener constantly disconnects from wifi then reconnects later. Randomly. No reason. They softener has a laser that tells you the salt level precisely and is supposed to tell notify me when it's low and salt needs to be added. It never drops below 40% though. This is because it holds water up to that level. The water should be much lower. The last tech admitted so and said he adjusted the float lower and it'll be fine. No difference. I wish they knew what they are doing. They talk it all up for the sake, but can't get them to work right. Planning to call a different company.

If I could give more stars I would. I decided to get my water tested a few months ago and found out my water was basically destroying all my appliances and was not good for my animals to drink. My bathtub and sinks were also covered in orange stains that I didn't think would ever go away. Since I have gotten my water softener system, the stains have completely gone away, my showers are much more enjoyable and with the drinking water attachment, I'm saving a ton of money on bottled water. The service is also fantastic, I've had a couple of small issues with my system and they sent someone out in no time. Worth every penny. Thank you!
