The super store was stocked, decently enough organized with a wide assortment of tools and equipment with competitive pricing. One staff member was very welcoming and polite, Wilson Machado who was very willing and energetic to earn my business. On the other hand the cashier was less then helpful and almost a bit rude when they’re was a discrepancy with one priced item. Instead of looking to help clarify he insisted he doesn’t make the prices. Not the proper way to handle the situation but nun the less. Impressive operation with great equipment would not recommend if you are a public customer and not retail purchaser

Nancy Bauer and the entire team are phenomenal. They're attentive to our requests, provide detailed quotes, help us find alternative to any items that were discontinued, reach out to the manufacturers for any warranty issues for us, and they reach out to other service providers to help us install equipment at our many skilled nursing facilities. The entire team is very responsive via email, phone calls, and follows up during the process from question, quote, purchase, shipment, transit, and delivery. You won't be disappointed with Culinary Depot's service and products.
