I have been renting from these guys for almost 5 years. I have lived in three different properties in those years. If anything ever happened in the property everything is handled ASAP! Do not rent from them specially from 2810 W 65th Pl I feel sorry for my self I singed up a 100 pg lease contract and on top of that the landlord takes advantage of it very well they leave in the property aswell and they are always checking on you if you're the tyoe of person who don't care having friends over and not be able to have not even a betta fish this is the place for you not to mention that they will threaten you to break your lease or not to renew your lease for every little thing it's not even in the lease contract LYNN and JODDY will tell you and treat you very nice in the beginning but they truly are fake people

Made us spend an entire summer without fixing the AC. Charged us twice for existing damage to the property upon move out and claimed they never got our move in inspection. Charged us twice for “left behind items” that the property owner asked us for when they moved back in. Charged us $410 for carpet cleaning after we already had the carpets cleaned and notified them and the property owner that we had the carpets cleaned, but since they never asked for receipts, we didn’t keep any, then two months later they asked for the receipts. When confronted, they told us they could’ve billed us for more

The apartment complex I live in had a new roof installed 2 months ago. The roofers trapped a squirrel inside the walls of the apartment when new roof was constructed.
I heard the squirrel scratch the walls in the same spot for days until it finally died. Critter catcher company told me trapped squirrels are very common after new roofing installations.
THESE LAZY SLUMLORDS(LYNN AND JODY) HAVE DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO GET THE DEAD SQUIRREL OUT OF MY WALL.

PROPERTY OWNERS AND RENTERS ARE BEING RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY. * NEW NAME OF CS & ASSOCIATES PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS "RAELYNN MANAGEMENT".
