It’s incredible how good the beef is. We buy 1/2 cows, and the last one was under $4/lb hanging weight and blows any butcher shop in Saratoga where I live away. Look at how dark the meat is. You get ribs, brisket, steaks, roasts, and ground beef…. All for under $4/lb. Insane. Their roaster chickens are huge and sooo juicy! Why you would buy beef anywhere else is beyond me. 🤷🏻‍♂️
