The appointment was at 7am and showed up at 5:45am let me check in and was unloaded in 35 min . Quick in and out . Lots of space to backup to dock

Gone here 3x in n out within 50 mins, Irving at receiving is always very respectful. Once you come in PARK AT THE LOT PAST RECEIVING, then check in. Plenty of overnight on federal BLVD & even a dirt lot.
San Diego native I take my 34s here, just be extra cautious with loaded truck, it’s a sketchy area even though there’s a police station.

The parking lot here is spacious and easy to park. Just park at the waiting area and check in. I think time commitment is important. Unloading time takes about an hour and a half, and the BOL is placed at the back of the trailer.

They do go by appt i was lucky they receive me a day before my appt they open at 5:30am there is alittle bit of parking outside but i guess you need to get here early to be able to parked outside plenty of space inside to parked

Hours of operation:
Monday-Friday: 5:30 am - Noon
Saturday-Sunday: Closed

Could use Truck Driver Entry Sighs but anyways. Truck entrance is on NW side of the property off of Federal Blvd. I came in from East so easy left turn. Coming from West you might have to swing wide, especially if another truck is leaving. Once inside there is plenty of room but it can be busy. Park in the staging area and check in.

They give you a Door Number, You open trailer doors, back into the Dock door, no need to move tandems, wait for the red they unload, Once Green go in grab papers and your good to go. They are very fast and efficient. We had a great experience Great place to Deliver nothing bad on our end to say about here. Just think they should add a Trucker Entrance sign.
