Wish the city of Orange never contracted with these people. Constantly calling them for not picking up different bins. They always promise someone will be out there and they never show up after numerous phone calls. Wish the city would go back to waste Management. I give them zero stars if I could

By far the worst trash company I’ve ever dealt with!!! It’s been 3 weeks they have not taken out our recycling and I’ve called and spoke to Alex and Karen and no one has helped me very very bad service. I’m hoping our HOA will go with someone else.

Two weeks in a row my green bin has not been picked up. It sits right beside my neighbor's bins. Every bin on the street except mine was collected for two straight weeks

They leave the dumpsters out in the opening and don't put them back once emptied causing alley ways to be blocked and cars to be trapped. They even had my rear driver light break from how they leave the dumpsters. How am I supposed to get in the alley to park my truck? Or how are we supposed to move our cars? Fix this situation and my light

$109/month for trash pickup. Someone run for office and get Waste Management in here ASAP! Someone definitely is getting a kickback by giving the contract to them to rip of residents of Murrieta.

Missed 2/3 items of my special pick up items.

Left the third where it is 4 times now.
Supervisor blamed me for lugging a heavy item 30 yards in a weird townhome layout, when their 65 year old drivers with bad backs clearly skipped my item.

Most of the phone agents tried.one was a joke who shouldn’t be client facing and their supervisor either got let down by her team or stuck it to me.

One of their trucks was picking up trash in front of our house and one of the hydraulic oil hose blew off and sprayed oil to our house and patio furniture in our front porch, since then I’ve been trying to contact their claims department manager and she would never respond to my calls or emails.
She is not representing her company or taking accountability for the incident.
This clearly shows lack of ethics and professionalism and a bad preventative maintenance for their trucks.

Hear, don't listen. Promise everything, get nothing. Liar, liars pants on fire, should be this companies motto. Not only that when they don't pick your waste bins on time, they try to throw it back at you, was there a note, do you live in a gated community, what did you put in your organic waste bin, no to all of those questions. And on top of that one of their customer service representatives apparently can't Google a map, since he had no idea where my townhome complex was, which was laughable, since it was built in 1982. Now that I've completed your interrogation, since I pay you for trash service, could you PICK UP ALL OF THE BINS ON THE DAY YOU SCHEDULED TO PICK THEM UP ON! You know years ago when I was working with large corporation, they always reminded us, that make 1 person happy they will tell 1 person. Make 1 person mad, they will tell 10 people. This company goes out of their way to destroy any good will with their customers.
