I get all my parts and service done on my carts at CR Golf Carts. Number one reason is they use OEM parts, NOT that after market junk of other repair centers. I see other reviews with poor rating because CR Golf Carts does NOT use aftermarket parts. Using OEM parts is a good thing! Makes no sense why anyone would want aftermarket parts instead of OEM parts installed on their cart is beyond me. Silly people, you get what you pay for.

Do not take your golf cart for repair unless you want OEM parts. They will not use after market parts. Ended up with more research discovered the areas needing repaired were a problem from the manufacture. There was an after market part repair for $200 which OEMs were $1000 with no permanent repair.

Well, I needed a couple of small things done and price was going to be $900 because all they use is oem parts. I bought after market parts and all it cost was $150. Too pricey when I gave $3000 for cart and small repair was close to a 1/3 of what I gave.

We have been using these folks for several year now. They do the annual service on our older golf cart as well as repairs as they come up. They are good people and we highly recommend them
