I took a framed picture of my Great Grandparents in to see if the broken frame could be fixed. Chris worked his magic on it and now I have the picture in its original frame hanging up for my grandchildren to see when they visit. It looks even better than I could ever have hoped for. Plus his price was so reasonable, I couldn't believe it!!
I am impressed and so grateful to find such a talented and honest person in Chris. I strongly recommend him for any framing needs you may have.

I had the absolute pleasure getting to know the family owed CR Framing shop. The amount of time and effort that was put into getting the right fit for my order was second to none. I had small pictures a couple big posters and everything in between. Since everything is done in house the price was the biggest shock to me, easily beat all other estimates I received in the past..
Very happy to find this hidden gem, already have a stack of family photos sports memorabilia ready for my next trip.. Thank you guys

I am an extremely satisfied customer!!! My first time at CR Framing, I brought in 14 pieces. Chris, Melodie, myself and some friends of mine all collaborated on frames for art that I would be showing in the coming weeks. I arrived after the shop had closed but they open the doors to me anyway!! We took our time and really came up with frames to make my art pop! Chris and Melodie are geniuses at what they do! The service is beyond excellent and the cost of all the framing was jaw dropping. They are not trying to rip you off but give you quality service and product! They also have a gallery that features local artist in the Brentwood/Antioch area. I highly recommend CR Framing for your projects and personal heirlooms, it will be handled with care and expertise!!

I have been bringing business to Chris for years. They are a very nice family. However, my latest experience with them will be my last. I brought them another very large framing order. I was scheduled to pick it up in full a few weeks ago and could not make the date, notifying them the day before. Since I now live almost 2 hours away, it is important to know the order will be ready before I come to pick it all up. When I finally came down to pick up the order (assuming it was all ready since it had been over 2 weeks since I had cancelled my first appointment) only 3 of the 8 pictures were ready. So I left with them, obviously frustrated, but indicating I would call ahead to pick up the remaining. I called on a Thursday notifying I would be there the following Thursday. They said that would be fine. I called the day before I was to make the trip and was told if I came no earlier than 1pm, they would be ready. I arrived at 2pm and Chris was still working on completing them. He said he needed another 1/2 hour. By 3:45 (1 hr 45 min later) I was still waiting for completion. I now had a long, miserable commute back up beyond Sacramento in 100 degree weather. At that point, I left the remaining piece for my client to pick up at a later date. My 1-1/2 hour commute home was over 3 hours.

WHY WOULD YOU COMMIT TO A DAY AND TIME, KNOWING I AM TRAVELLING FROM OUT OF THE AREA AND NOT BE READY. THE PRICE MAY BE RIGHT, THE PEOPLE MAY BE THE NICEST, BUT WHEN YOU CANNOT FOLLOW THROUGH ON YOUR COMMITMENTS, THEN THE LACK OF SERVICE BECOMES NUMBER 1. You have lost my business and that of my clients.
