People are very nice. Quick to unload 30 minutes in and out. Appointment was @09:00 got here @ 08:15 paperwork in hand @ 08:45. Great place to unload.

NO COMPLAINTS: Arrived at 12:40am for 2am appointment. Door to office was locked. I was able to get someone at the door around 1:30am…got into Dock Door #3 and out of there by 2:15am. Thank you for being efficient!

Dry load reached 20:30 did my 10 hours reset on the dock they knock on your door and will get your paperwork in the middle of the night and they offload me around 5 in the morning guy was nice no issue. Not too much space for semi trailers recommended to go in the night

This place is very tight. They open at midnight for shipping and receiving. There’s not an actual office you give your paperwork to, unless they were short staffed. I had to knock on a dock and give my paperwork to the fork lift guys. And there was only 2 of them, loading 6 box trucks and all semis that came in. They were only allowing semis at dock door 1. So, they were only doing 1 truck at a time. But, they were trying to get each truck out within 1-2 hours. My appointment was at 0200, arrived at 0130, and had bills in hand at 0519 Make sure to park in the median of the street, due to not having any room in the parking lot. Because it’s a chance that you may get stuck if there are other trucks crammed into the lot.

Take Damen Avenue exit from I-55 turn Rt on 29th and then Rt on Ashland. Stop in center of the street and walk in and bang on a roll up door by the office. Not made for 53’ trailers, but manageable.

Early am appointment....
If docks are full
Best advice is to park on Ashland in the center medians and walk to receiving office....

Lot can be difficult to maneuver with multiple rigs in at the same time not parked

Staff was fast to get me unloaded. Definitely not made for semi trucks. If you can go between midnight and 5am you'll have an easier time backing in
