Think this may be the best gluten free bakery I’ve tried. The variety of choices and flavors were incredible and made choosing incredibly hard!
I had the Persian Love Cake (wow!) and a matcha latte.
I also bought “day old” savory herb scone and it was moist, buttery and full of flavor.
I’m glad I don’t live closer because I’d want one of those scones everyday.
Thank you to the owners, chef and staff for this wonderful GF gem in downtown Grass Valley.

Corvus Gluten-Free Bakery is an absolute treasure for anyone with dietary restrictions or simply looking for delicious baked goods! I was blown away by the variety of treats available. It’s rare to find gluten-free options that taste just as good, if not better, than their traditional counterparts, but Corvus delivers every time.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about their craft. They’re always happy to explain ingredients and offer recommendations. I especially loved their gluten-free muffins and chocolate cake – moist, flavorful, and just perfect.

Even if you don’t follow a gluten-free diet, this bakery is worth a visit. The quality and taste speak for themselves. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

I ordered a black forest cake from Corvus Bakery. It is delicious! Moist chocolate sponge layered with cherry compote and whipped cream. Wonderful flavor-not overly sweet. I can't believe it's not gluten!

Riley and Lauren made the perfect Decaf Chai. I ordered an extra hot maple decaf Chai, they made it to perfection. My husband ordered their biscotti. Their food is all homemade and organic, it's clean!I highly recommend the bakery!

If you are gluten free, this is a must visit treat! I visited early afternoon on a Friday. Thee young man behind the counter said they were running low on some things. I chose a blueberry muffin from the display case and it was wonderful. It wasn't overly sweet and it had a wonderful streusel topping. I gave the service 4/5 stars because I was a first time customer and it wasn't clear if I should sit or wait at the counter for my drink. The atmosphere is very cute, inside and out. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that the empty tables were dirty.

Every time I stop in everyone is so kind! The cinnamon rolls are my favorite. Everything is so good I have never been sad or disappointed when I ventured beyond the cinnamon roll and frittatas! The music is chill, vibe is chill and even when it’s a busy day very pleasant place to hunker down and do schoolwork! Good vibes, good people and great food!

Beautiful bakery and atmosphere. It can be so challenging to find gluten free options, let alone an entire gluten free bakery. I was so happy to have enjoyed a few goodies and an amazing coffee here. The employees were so sweet and genuine as well. If I lived closer I would be stopping in all the time!
