NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I Called This company because I am opening a Restaurant & Bar In Nassau County New York and I am n Search for a company for my Kitchen and Bar Equipment's, a lady answered the phone with an attitude and I was trying to see how can I make an appointment and she was questioning me where I am calling from and told me I need to wait she needs to get off the phone. I do not know if because it was my accent from the Caribbean but I felt strongly I was not welcome. TOO BAD JUST MISSED OUT ON A $60,000 BUSINESS.
