TERRIBLE!!
These people never answer their phones. I've had a leak in my kitchen and bathroom for months now. My bathroom ceiling is ready to collapse any minute now. My kitchen floor is destroyed because of the leak i have feom the sink. You call Concord, and they take your information saying, "Someone will contact you," but no one ever does.

This is the worst management bulding in NYC. Do not move in here. I was sleeping last night when the ceiling literally collapsed on us and nasty water went down on us destroyed my clothes and confidential documents at 2 am.Nobody ever take care of anything in this bulding if it’s was possible to put -5 stars I would’ve

I just moved in. The heating cooling unit in my bedroom doesn't work. It's been as low as 31 degrees. The unit in the living room will have me deaf by summer. Loud on the decibel meter, and makes a whining, grinding noise. I have to put it to 80 degrees to heat the apt at night. I spend more time away than at the apt because I like heat and my hearing. Multiple calls, no response. They should be sued. They've technically broken the lease. The company, Islandaire, who installed the unit, should also be sued and held accountable. How did it even pass inspection. I can't even get the simplest of questions answered.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I would like to start with the fake supposed order of a sink on in 2024 that never arrived. But let's talk about the lack of heat in single digit weather. Yes, perhaps Con Ed and the City created the issues BUT the management company decided that it was best for the building to remain without ANY heat during some of the coldest nights and with some of the building experiencing power outages so that means some of us can't even use a space heater. WOW!! I am currently in my home bundled in a coat & hat with a hoodie on as well. Not acceptable! It is warmer outside than my home.

Called the emergency line concerning a leak from the kitchen sink that floods the unit. The emergency line does not happen to be aware of the building location. Called the main line who stated they would send someone to take care of the emergency. 1 1/2 hour later no one came or called. Called again and again had to give all the information because they can't see the previous information. Poor management.

Is there a Zero star option! WORST BUILDING MANAGEMENT EVER! They don’t work at all they don’t resolve ANY ISSUE in the building so basically they get pay to do anything and you know what I mean by that… I have a leak SINCE November I keep calling and nothing it’s already February and nothing such an amazing management company oh but they do care when you don't pay the rent. Haha Money money and money…!

I am a current tenant and looking to move asap! No one to talk to about anything that is going on in your apartment… 1000 dollars was stolen that was suppose to be applied to my rent that I sent them…

The WORST Management company in ALL OF NY.. These people are the definition of ‘Sumlords’. They want tenants to pay rent while they neglect their property.. all together across their real estate profile Concord has over 1000+ code violations by HPD. I call 311 every winter just to get the heat turned on. When you call their office , Your call is sent to a call center and you never hear from them afterwards . The employee are also RUDE for no damn reason, especially Selma. They have more energy to argue and to take you to court than to make repairs. If you value your sanity please do not live in their properties.. I have photos and what I said is indisputable.
