Easy drop hook process. Enter guard shack, give phone number, po#, reefer status of full, truck and trailer number with trailer plate #. Then pull in and park at the far end on the right for dropping trailers, slide tandems and disconnect. Go in get paper work come out, hook to loaded trailer in the same row as dropped trailers closer toward the entrance. Stop at guard shack to show BOLS and roll out.

Conagra was great!!! Organized. Drop my empty trailer, (plenty of room to back in spaces) drive 5 parking spots down to hook to my loaded trailer!
In and out in 15 minutes!!!

Checked in @5:45a.m. Appointment was for 8am. Received door #3, right away after checking in w/receiving office. Out at 7:15 am w/5 pallets loaded. No lumper fee. Cannot complain....

Arrived 6 hours late. Gave me door rightaway. Got loaded in 2hours. Friendly staff, clean restroom. Backing is easy. I was the only one driver there.

Absolutely. Have no complaints for this place. Showed up for a drop & hook. About 19 hours early. My trailer wasn't loaded but didn't expect it to be. It was at a door I dropped my trailer backed up to the one they were loading hour and a 1/2 later came out gave me my paperwork. Receiving office was very friendly. Everybody treated me with respect. Would definitely recommend this place 5 star all the way.

I checked in around 12.35 p.m., and now it's 3.17. I'm still waiting for them to load my trailer. They also want you to clean your reefer. That's what shunter told me before I backed at dock so that I don't have to do it when they start loading. If your shipment is going to Canada, then bring a Pars sticker with you or tell your company to send an email, which I upload in the attachments.

Most of the facility is swelteringly hot, with no airflow whatsoever. There are a handful of tiny fans mounted on the walls, none of which work.
If your glasses get covered in sweat, and you stop to wipe them because you literally cannot see, they will fire you. HR has stated that they don't consider this a safety issue.
