Would’ve gotten a higher score, buuut they dragged heavy pallets on my wood floor. Huge rips happened because of this. Next time, I’m taking before and after pictures and we’re having a convo and swapping insurance info. Don’t drag heavy pallets!

Pretty fair sized Yard. Can maneuver truck and trailer to get trailer on the dock. Loaded fast. Staff courteous and professional.

Took 55mins to get to gate to check in. Guard was very pleasant. Was given door 2 and of course I have to wait since there is a driver in door. Mind you,doors 5-10 are empty. Another driver is waiting for door 3. I understand they have product staged in certain areas but their planning SUCKS! Will update with how long it takes. LOL I see detention in my future!

Simple check in, live unload, wasn't held hostage, easy on the clock ,there were actually some other drivers there that could communicate and joke around a little bit.
We helped a driver back in without making him feel bad ( only loosers do that).
Good vibes that day.....sunny California!
