My time at Cold Spring was a little bittersweet. Many of the places I visited were either a hit-or-miss, but luckily this establishment was one of the good ones.

They had a ton of cheese options and a pretty nice selection of meats and fruit preserves. I bought a few things here like a bottled iced tea, bag of Torres black truffle potato chips, and the mozzarella w/ fig jam sandwich which was fantastic.

They seemed to be too busy to provide samples when I came here this past Saturday with a lot of other NYC tourists, but it would've been great to try some of the cheese options because I probably would've bought a few types, but I'm still happy I went and at least tried a sandwich.

I would definitely recommend coming here if you're visiting.

Perfect spot to buy cheese if you happen to be in Cold Spring. Amazing sandwiches that pick you up after a long hike! Great bread and even better fillings.

Brielieve me when I tell you this is the goudaest shop in town. My cheddar half & I ventured to Cold Spring just for Cheese & we did not leave bleu, though we did take some home!
Beth, Ronin(?), & Aaron were warm & welcoming & their sharp knowledge of cheese was as fitting as their passion for it.
The only negative about the entire foodie experience was ...
having to choose. We wanted them all!
Despite my cheesy humor, this was seriously a grate experience!

I cannot get over how incredible their soppresatta is! The greatest I've ever had. Thin and silky and fresh and divine. Paired with their camembert brie-style creamy cheese and their womanchego... oh my gosh. Heavenly. We ate almost our whole plate in a sitting outside. Would drive an hour to Cold Spring just to go to this place. Can't wait to come back!

Highly recommend a stop at the cheese shop while you’re in Cold Spring! Was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable cheese mongers staff who helped prepare our picnic box. If you walk down the street to pick up a Flower cup wine and grab a bottle to go - it’s the perfect pairing! Will be back to try their mac and cheese, or maybe a sandwich (or both!)

Stopped off to try their sandwich menu & was not let down - totally delish!!!

Ingredients were all fresh and their baguette bread was perfectly amazing.

Super friendly staff, quick turn around time, and we were out in no time.

Would recommend their sandwich's hands down...💯
