I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service provided by Denise V, our amazing Customer Experience Manager Denise consistently goes above and beyond to assist with events, tastings, and introducing new snack samples. She always ensures that we have exactly what we need, even finding creative ways to get items that aren't typically available.

On top of her exceptional work, Denise is incredibly friendly, warm, and pleasant to work with. Her positive attitude and approachable nature make every interaction a delight. Thanks to her efforts, our staff enjoy their favorite coffee and snacks, which truly brightens their day. Denise's dedication to making everything perfect is unmatched—I couldn’t ask for a better partner!

In addition, Luis, our delivery professional, is equally remarkable. He ensures that every delivery is handled with care, always placing items neatly and efficiently in our space. His helpfulness and professionalism make the entire process seamless and stress-free.

Worst company to deal with - ever!

We attempted to cancel our water cooler service last October, but we were told that our contract didn't end until May. We offered to pay the balance of the contact up front and requested to have the equipment picked up ASAP. We were told that it wasn't possible - we'd have to pay our regular installments and wait until the contact officially ended before the equipment could be picked up. What?! Just charge me the early termination penalty and move on...

So here we are in August, and the equipment still isn't picked up, and last month we received another bill for another year of service. No one answers the phone. We leave messages and get no reply. No response to emails. Nothing. I don't know if this company still exists.

But I do know that if they wait any longer to pick up their equipment, they'll have to get it from my dumpster.

We've been ordering with CDC for years and the service was just perfect. You would place a call and the day after at 7 am you would get your product.
However something changed since the past months, we had to wait, EVERYTIME, one week to get water. Everytime I was calling and the rep gave me the same answer, it is coming tomorrow but nothing would be deliver. Now it's not even a truck that is coming, it's one guy with his personal car who's doing deliveries.
They even charged me two times for the last order and I'm fighting with them to get my money back since. It seems that they are going through a tough financial time or something.
Stay away from them.

Had some issues getting in touch with CDC but Hollie stepped in and helped greatly. She followed up with my issues and is moving my requests along. We have been using them for years and never had a problem but with Covid and as with many other companies, they find themselves short staffed. I would give them a try, they are a decent company.

Nice company to deal with! I was looking for something to gift to our employees to show appreciation for their hard work this past year. I use CDC as our coffee supplier and saw their social media post about snack boxes. I am beyond pleased with what they made and shipped to our employees. I was able to customize them and they were a huge hit with everyone!
