Super friendly staff. Called ahead to update them of my delay from first shipper and they worked with me by staying open til I arrived at 10:45pm had me loaded with 17 pallets in less than 20 minutes. Clean restrooms in the break room with vending machines (on the right side of check in) and overnight parking. If you call ahead and give them your order number and eta they will have it ready for you when you arrive so you can be loaded quickly. Will let you step on dock to put load locks on if you ask instead of climbing up.

Scales to weigh on way out $7 (cheaper than the truck stops 12.50) if you are overweight they will rework the load no problem. Great place will definitely come here again.

My first time here. Coming up on 1.5 hour wait time. Not to bad for a produce shippers. I don't get the comments about rude staff. They all seemed friendly enough to me. Will update if anything changes

It's a nice place to pick up. The directions on the yard are pretty clear, the staff was polite and efficient. I got there at 7:50 am and had a dock at 8:00 am, was out of there at 9.
They have a scale there and usually charge $7 for it(in Sep ,2020).
I wouldn't mind going there again.

This is one of the best coolers I have come to. The staff was kind, friendly, and super helpful. It's was last minute order that was given to me, and their staff had us in and out, with a smile on their faces. Excellent staff ?

Pretty good place to load. Most of the time they load in a timely manner but occasionally have times when it takes an extended period of time but not too often. Staff is usually friendly and polite.

This place is great arrived at 930pm got a door right away got loaded in less than 1 hr and was on my way friendly staff always on point … men and women restrooms and vending machines in the lounge area no card just cash accepted
