Closed loop farms is the best! The staff is so incredibly friendly and all of the produce is so fresh 🙂 I love using their edible flowers to decorate my cakes! I highly recommend joining their salad club to get the tastiest greens and treats.

Closed Loop Farms is the best new addition to our meals! The microgreens are delicious as well as so healthy and they stay fresh for days. We now add them to everything—salads, sandwiches, on top of omelettes. And the available weekly add ons are a treat and a wonderful way to eat and support local providers—cheese, bread, dressings, seasonal produce. Service and delivery always so prompt and easy to schedule. We love it!

I've had the privilege of working with Closed Loop Farms, and Adam in particular over the past years, starting when they began business many years ago. Their product was fresh, delicious and a perfect match for several dishes I had at my restaurant. Besides that, their efforts to create a sustainable, eco friendly business model is something to be highly commended, much needed, and it is thrilling to see the growth in variety and selection of their fantastic micro herbs, shoots, and greens. Closed Loop Farms' salad club is THE best!!! Always delicious & fresh farm goodies delivered straight to my door! I love the variety of microgreens each time-- I can add the microgreens to everything easily (lunches, dinners, snacks, )... and the rotating variety of "add-ons" is special and always something fun and new for me to try!

Closed Loop Farm offers delicious, fresh greens and has amazing costumer service. Everyone at the farm is so nice, and their products are easily accessible through the salad club. I put Closed Loop micro greens on everything!

I’ve bought their microgreens at sales at @theplantchicago @whinerbrewing and they are the best I’ve ever tasted, even with no accompaniment: no dressing, no cheese/nuts/toppings of any sort. Just the natural, rich, semi-sweet taste was surprisingly super.

Tonight I had some more, this time with some other stuff mixed in (carrots, cheese, very mild dressing of some sort), and it was even better.

I’m sure it was psychosomatic, but I felt like I’d just popped some mythical health pill. And a happiness pill. The power of a plant based diet is not to be underestimated! 😁

This stuff in INSANELY GOOD! I get microgreens every week and then typically pick some of the add ons. Has replaced atleast 1 trip for groceries a week. An absolute godsend. If you haven't tried out their salad club yet, give it a shot!!
