Tony is the best, warmest, most welcoming person I’ve met in the region. The wine was good but it was more about Tony! The land is beautiful and the people are amazing. The 1 star reviews are mind boggling to me. This place is a hidden gem and a must visit.

Flights are $10 each (very reasonable!) and include a cheese stick and some crackers. I tried a white flight and red flight. Each had some good options - ended up buying 4 bottles to take home.
The owner was so hospitable, sharing family stories and a varietal history of some wines. This is my second time coming. I prefer the Portuguese influenced reds to the whites but there's something for everyone here!
Plenty of parking, inside or outside seating available.

I want to preface this review by saying that the owner was actually very, very nice. A bit talkative, but nice. I’ve driven past this winery many times and today decided to take my fiancée wine tasting as we mainly go to breweries and she’s more into wines. We were greeted at the front door by Al, the nice owner, who seated us outside and brought us menus. I ordered a red flight and she ordered a white. Al brought us our flights with some crackers and cheese sticks, which seemed kind of odd but I’m not too picky. It was just unfortunate that we had just had dinner. Anyway we started tasting our wines and noticed something was off right away. Every single wine was dry. On the red side one wine was drinkable, the rest were at best something approaching a cooking wine and at worst almost pure vinegar. The Cabernet Franc, a usual favorite of mine at other wineries, was easily the worst wine I’ve ever had. Al came out and set an umbrella up for us, which was nice, but the wind kept knocking it around. This is important for later. My fiancée didn’t have much luck either and later told me she hated every single wine she tasted. I tried the Riesling and it was absolutely terrible, with “notes” of chemicals hitting the back of my pallet. After we finished the flight Al brought us some dessert wine, which was palatable, if not tasting like Juicy Juice (another reviewer mentioned that the dessert wine was created by adding sugar to dry wines, after reading that I can confirm that’s what it tasted like). Al invited us inside and I asked him if we should move the flight cups and papers inside as it was windy. He said they would be fine. Please remember this detail. We went inside and he showed off the incredible interior that looked as if it was renovated just last week. Honestly gorgeous. He went on about opening the winery and the troubles with COVID etc. Suddenly CRASH! Our table, guided by the umbrella, blew over and scattered the ritz crackers and cheese, papers, and cups all over the deck. Al hurried outside as we just stared at him picking the mess up. I did warn him, right? He came back and we hastily ordered a Rose, because it should be a safe option. How could you mess up a Rose? He kept talking our ear off and, if it wasn’t for a friend of his ordering another cup of wine, we might still be stuck there right now. We left and got drinks elsewhere. At home I got curious and opened the bottle of Rose. It smelled vinegary. How does that even happen? Honestly, though, it was probably their best wine, but also the worst Rose I’ve ever had. I’m truly sorry, Al, but we won’t be back. Really nice place, beautiful scenery, horrible wines.

Loved the venue, quiet and serene locale. The winemaker was very friendly and attentive. Surprised how quiet it was because we had the place to ourselves. My wife and I enjoyed all the wines, and the flight price was very friendly. It's also the only winery I've ever been to that gave you something outside of oyster crackers or pretzel sticks that everyone sticks their hands in. Granted it was just cheese sticks and Ritz crackers, but a complimentary palate cleanser is absolutely appreciated.

The owner was serving us our wine flights and was able to share aspects of himself and the wine we were tasting. Overall, we had 2 flights one red and one white. We walked away with one bottle of each which were reasonably priced. This is our second time at this location for a tasting. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Tony was a knowledgeable and gracious host when we visited this past weekend as our first stop of a wine tour for a bachelorette party. We enjoyed a guided tasting indoors before purchasing a few bottles & heading outside to enjoy the ground. BBQ food from the neighbors was excellent, and we were able to enjoy our own charcuterie we brought. Extremely well priced, highly recommend!
