I have scheduled appointments and technician is a no show. Have to reschedule with another tech for another day and wait again. Tech tells me my home is not in his area. Next scheduled appointment and again a no show. Have to reschedule for another day. Finally, third appointment I’m waiting and get a call that my tech has a family emergency and went home. Someone will be coming later in the day. Okay he shows up. Cant wait to see what happens next time, and what the excuse is.

I must say I was wrong about the big pest control companies. I ran into Gilbert and I must say wow this guy was great. Not only was he super nice he knows what he is doing and he didn't make me feel like just a customer. Gilbert was great.

This company showed up on my door and told me great things about their work. I signed up with him after confirming that I can stop at any point without extra fees. After first service I wasn't happy and called to stop future service when I was told that there is a cancelation fee. Seems like scammy business, they over promise on quality of service and lie about terms and conditions.

“Worst job i’ve ever seen” is what our exterminator told us after he saw how Clark Pest Control dealt with our rodent infestation. “Shoddy job” “Ghetto job”… the list goes on. DO NOT use Clark for anything other than bug related pests. We had a rodent infestation which Clark responded to - which they shouldn’t have. They used outdated traps, didn’t warn us of the signs of rodent activity, didn’t close the entry points around the house exterior and roofing. Was a complete waste of time and $.

I really wanted to have a positive experience but... Chris the sakes guy did his job well. I signed the contract then the trouble began. Was duped by Siski, Josh and Eric.. Granted everyone was nice but they didn't get to the problem. These guys are great at sales but it goes no further.

Today was are scheduled appointment and met our new Technician ( Colin Smith ). Colin introduced himself & told me he will be our new Technician from now on. I told him to continue what the past technician was doing.
Colin was so polite & made sure he said goodbye when he was finished.
My husband & I were so impressed with the job he did today.
