I bought a Kubota tractor here. I love my tractor the salesman was friendly and so is the guy who delivered the tractor. I got the l2501. It's also the HST and has a loader and I got pallet forks to go with it also and a box blade and they even had the box played mounted for me when it came here. I have already put 9 hours on it.

Adding to my review. I have dealt with Clanton tractor more since my purchase and they are always nice friendly and professional. I now have 50 hours on my tractor I will be getting service soon.

My sales rep was very helpful and informative. He understood what I wanted and needed to do and only sold me the equipment necessary.

Update: The sales staff is exceptional. However, the service department leaves much to be desired. My Kubota BX2380 ( still under warranty) has started leaking what appears to be hydraulic fluid. I called on Monday and left a message. Tuesday, I had to call again. My call was answered and I was told that someone would pick it up during the week. Well, it is now Sunday and I'm still waiting.

I purchased an L3901 Tractor from another dealer prior to moving to Clanton in December, 2019. In March, 2020, I purchased a zero turn mower from Clanton Tractor. Very friendly and helpful and the time of the sale on the zero turn mower. I was told by the salesman that no matter the product the Kubota Warranty and Insurance plan is top knotch and can't be beat.

However, I now have a problem with the backhoe attachment on the tractor and was told by Clanton Tractor that since they didn't make any money on the sale, they would not wait for the warranty reimbursement and that I would have to pay up front for the repairs, then I would have to wait the 90 days for the reimbursement. Not much of a warranty in my opinion I was also informed that I should go back to the dealer who sold it to me in the first place. Guess what, that's exactly what I did and will do so on all future purchases.

UPDATE (May 22, 2020): I wanted to do a follow up update on my issue. I was contacted within 24 hours of posting my original post to resolve my issue. Clanton Tractor did resolve my issue and I am most appreciative of their efforts. My tractor was repaired as per my expectations. I will now give this dealership an opportunity for my future business.
