It’s the 100th time that they mess up on the order!!!!! How do you mess things up when it’s clearly on the instructions! Guac was requested and not on my that miserable QUANTITY!!!! if it’s too hard to work then find another job to not get orders right that are being paid!!!! And by the way I paid for guac and no guac was added on the order for the 100th time! Benefit of the doubt has been done! Please do something management!

This place has gone down the tubes..
They give half scoops of the meat they call protein, they don't give utensils when you order out, there's hair in our meals, what a disappointment....
I've delt with the half scoops but you can't argue with the worker's, they don't seem to care, it's not like they own the place....

Got the steak burrito bowl with guacamole, cheese and hot salsa. Was very good. Order was made just right and ready to go when I got there to pick it up.

This place is hit or miss. Don't come within an hour or two of closing. The steak will be dry, some things they will just be out of, the place is a mess. Food all over the tables and floor. And when they were making my tacos, they asked if I would like anything else, I said how about actually putting steak on those tacos.

So after writing a couple of past great reviews, my wife and I visited Chipotle last week and finally got "served" with the wimpy portions - and we were at the counter! Our server was sour and not willing to give extra even when asked nicely. Total rip-off. See the attached post from Robert Reich.

I frequently order from this location with my family and i get consistently good service but TODAY was just the most amazing.

I got my regular order and as i always do i named my specific plate of food as "Femboy Enjoyer" because i am a Bi-Sexual and personally find Femboys attractive, Fast forward to when my brother gets back with our food and when i pull my order out the name is hand Written in a very lovely cursive with LITTLE ART ON IT. 2 stars and a smiley face.

This made my entire day and if the worker there can read this YOU ARE AWESOME. please treat the people here with the ut-most respect (as you should with all food service workers, they are lovely people) and you will have an awesome time no doubt. i hope i can thank the person who did the art on my food personally one day, they are awesome.

Food is consistent. Floor was a little dirty. And quite a few dirty tables. They were busy, though. They seemed a little perturbed I had a large order. But I was unable to place it online. System was down. Overall, good food. Would visit this store again.

Honestly, I've been to this location about three times because it's the closest chipotle to me.

They have poor management on the fajitas.

They always undercook their rice.

And oh man, I have never been to a chipotle that skimps out on their portions as much as this one.

They are always out of lemons/limes and one of the tobacco flavors.

Going to start driving the extra 10mins to get good chipotle.
