I visited the store this morning to purchase a case of Vietnamese rice paper. The salesperson asked for my store’s address, phone number, and name, but despite repeating the information four times, she seemed uninterested in working. She even took two personal phone calls while assisting me, wasting my time. Fortunately, another woman stepped in, found my account, and completed the purchase. I genuinely feel bad for the owner—hiring someone with such little responsibility is a disservice to the business.

Hi Yan, sorry to hear that. You haven't ordered with us for more than 6 months, so our ladies were following protocol which is to reconfirm your information. We do this to prevent fraudulent use of accounts. 1-star is a bit extreme given the circumstances. Hope you have a good day.

DRIVERS COME IN ON 18TH STR R ET YO CANAL TO LUMBER NO OTHER WAY......... all the reviews are right chicken legs go to the dock upon lumberstreet allothers go to back dock. Take paperwork to dock door see the guy with the orange vest. I just stood by the desk he came to me. Watch out for loading traffic. Receiving will call around 9 or 930 t I get you in a door. Have a good day drivers and if you get a chance take a walk and enjoy the scenery and park.

Trucker. Think twice before you come here to unload. I arrived at 6am, it's already 11:15am and I'm still here and I haven't even gotten a door! During this time, I had to pull away several times to let other cars pass. I had to pull away to turn around because there is no space at all and a lot of cars accumulate here. This is just a terrible place, especially when I realize that they pay $1.30 per mile for this cargo 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ I will never go here again.

Wasn't that bad little tight on the street with all the car's parked but once I backed in unloaded fast.

If you come to delivery and specify chicken and the broker tell appt is 5am no tru this people no go to unloading after finishing the own truck no overnight parking and the manager the receiving have bad carater be prepared for wait in the street. Best way the come early and take exit53A rigth in w18th st, right in s canal st and left in S lumber st and parking in the street in front the building.

Fellow truckers : No parking here. Space for 3 or 4 trucks on the street and you have to be very careful and have good skills to maneuver to dock. "Do not cross the railway tracks. There is no space to make a U turn".
