My FAVORITE plant shop~ it’s my happy place. I happily travel an hour to visit. The owners Jorge/Erika have become some of my favorite people 🥰 They have an amazing variety of healthy beautiful plants 💚

The plants I’ve purchased from them bring so much joy and do so well. I’ve learned a lot interacting with them and appreciate how helpful they are.

I’d highly recommend a visit! I’ve spent a lot of time traveling to different shops and I can confidently say they’re one of the best 🪴

This place is the real deal! Beautiful, very healthy plants of all sizes and varieties. They have the usual plants but also some cool rare plants. Definitely the best plant shop I’ve been to in Chicago!

I wish I would have checked Chica Plant Shop sooner! I’ve haven’t seen a plant store in Chicago with more rare plants. The customer service is also top notch. They answered all my questions and it was nice geek out with fellow plant lovers. I ended up getting a beautiful and healthy Alocasia Scalprum.

Plant lovers rejoice at this cozy hidden gem in Lakeview! The team sources gorgeous succulents and cacti from the west coast and the rarest aroids from the east coast and abroad.

This shop packs a serious punch and has something for everyone: from beginner-friendly snake plants to variegated money trees (IYKYK).

On this latest trip, we took home several Christmas cacti, a Paraiso Verde, pileas and a money tree for good measure.

Dare you to leave without a new plant or twelve!

Erica is amazing! I walked her through what my direct sunlight situation is in my apartment and that I have a dog, and she recommended tons of great options for me. She was incredibly knowledgeable and so kind and welcoming. I will be back here to get more.

She had tons of plants you don’t typically see at a Home Depot or menards, and her shop is so well cared for and thriving. I recommend this place to anyone looking for indoor plants to spruce up their space!

An abundance of plants of all types. From beginners to experienced! From the entrance to the back, there are so many beautiful plants, and I was so impressed to see them all full. The plants are fair in price and even better than the ones I have seen! Jorge and Erika are so welcoming!! Will have a great conversation and give great tips to tricks on all the plantos.

I’ve been to countless plant shops in Chicago, and this one is hands down the BEST. Every plant is absolutely beautiful, alive, and so vibrant—there’s not a single sad or unhealthy plant in sight. The shop itself is small, but don’t let that fool you. It’s packed with everything a plant enthusiast could ask for, from unique finds to classic favorites, all thriving and happy.

The owner is fantastic—super friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about plants. It’s clear he truly cares about what he’s doing, and it shows in the quality of the shop and plants.

If you love plants, you need to check this place out. 100/10 recommend!
