The groceries here were always the highest quality, but everything I've tried from behind the fresh food counter has been just as delicious. The frozen food cooler has some real gems too; you gotta get the bolognese, the marinara, and the best chicken pot pies you'll find. The craft beer cooler makes this a complete stop every time I'm passing through the area. Gotta love all the upstate NY brands everywhere in the shop.

Fantastic market and provisions with delicious food and and excellent team behind the scenes. Great place to stop for lunch, a snack, coffee, or takeaway for a delicious dinner at home. Make sure you stop in when passing through Ghent or Chatham!

Everything I’ve had at Chatham Provisions - from their freshly prepared sandwiches, their salads/sides, and their takeaway entrees - has been absolutely delicious. I love that they use fresh, in season/local ingredients and are incredibly accommodating to a variety of diets. It’s also the perfect place to go if you need to put together a housewarming gift or care package for someone. The snacks, drinks, and other home goods are all so on point! Obsessed with everything they serve.

Seriously so good. I had a kimchi grilled cheese three days ago that I can’t stop thinking about. Everyone was so kind and friendly as well.

Great friendly staff…. I had the meatballs a while back and they were great. I have to say today really blew my mind when I bought a 14.00 sandwich that was about 6” long and 2” wide……. Each half was essentially a slider. I don’t mind paying more money for small establishments - however the average deli in this area will make a sandwich 2-3 times the size for less money, and use a real roll - not a bagged “sub roll”…..

Always finding a new favorite when I come here: my go-tos are the frozen meals and sauces. Can't go wrong with the Chicken Pot Pie, Marinara or Bolognese. The Focaccia and Meatballs are legendary! Love the commitment to local upstate NY products. So worth the trip!!
