Don't bother applying to purchase an apartment here unless you have over 1,000,000 in the bank and you or your partner is Asian. Terrible board of directors. Building is biased against original owners, mostly senior citizens and tries to drive them out with ever increasing maintenance and parking fees. Property manager, Orlando is a real prick.
