After a lengthy day of air and ground travel, we finally arrived at The Charter at Beaver Creek. We wanted to start early on the slopes the next day, so we immediately went to Charter Sports to get our rental equipment which was booked in advance. They knew our sizes, weight and height, and had the skis and boots waiting for us. We tried on the boots, oops, a little too loose on the left foot. They brought a different pair, with letter perfect fit on both feet. They measured the ski height and poles and we left......and didn't have to come back for the next 6 days. Wow, what a relief to have EVERYTHING fit. Thank you Charter for great service.

We recently stayed at The Charter and rented skis for 3 members of our family. The staff was extremely helpful, enthusiastic, and kind. It made the overall experience so much easier and enjoyable. As soon as we checked in at The Charter we put our bags in our room and made our way to Charter Sports. It was around 6pm in the evening and the two gentlemen working there Tom and Nikolas were amazing. Literally all of our reserved equipment was right there waiting on us and they helped us get fitted right away. They were both very helpful and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend all your equipment rental needs be done with Charter Sports. We will definitely use them again in the future.

I am a beginner skier, and Rocio and Maxim fitted me in the best boots and skis. They were extremely accommodating to my schedule! Had the best equipment and best day of skiing I've ever had!
