My experience with a receiving clerk named Valerie always tends to be negative. As much as you try to be cordual with her, she is always in a bad mood let alone have to deal with her attitude. She may need some retraining on her service or look for something that doesn't need interaction with other people

Its unfortunate they think its acceptable to have their semi pull up in front of homes at 5am and unload while truck running, then come back at 6:15am and do it all again. City code permits this type of activity after 7am for this reason. If this doesn't change I will go to the restaurant owner and demand they they find a different provider than Charlies, as we know theres other options, and I will make sure they are no longer used in this town if they keep this up.

I don't see why drivers shouldn't give a five star. If you make your appointment you will be given high class receiving service. By far the best and most professional people work here. I have the luck of dropping loads here all the time and it is a worry free place. They deserve the best ratings.

In a month 4-5 times I pickup loads from CA and WA Charlie’s ,very good service,but if you want good service or empty or pickup in 1 hour then come on appointment time ,

I've never patronized Charlie's but one of their semi's just came very close to taking me out. He made a left way too fast and is completely incompetent. Had I not thrown my car into reverse and floored it while waiting to make a left turn this moron would have flattened my car. I saw what was coming and leaned on the horn but he didn't even slow down. It happened on Saticoy at 12:35 on 10/31 while he was making a left on Belair.

I called to inform them and they didn't care one bit. If this is the caliber of employee they hire I will be avoiding this company.

The website is a bit of a wall. There are no obvious contact us drop downs. I had to go back to a search engine to get the telephone number. Then when I called the number there was a wall. No o for Operator. There was a type out the persons name phone directory. I just got lucky and hit 1. Then I was able to leave my contact info as a potential customer. Maybe it will get forwarded out to a rep. Maybe it will be deleted. Until later!
