I have been taking fruits from Stern as a retail customer. It says the store is open until 4 pm. In the summer, when I call, I am informed to come before 3:30pm as the sale is slow. I tried to wrap up my work and go much before 3:30pm only to hear that the only accountant in the company left at 3 pm. I had to leave my credit card information in a paper. This store is getting more and more inconvenient to buy. I am surprised that for regular retail customers they do not have any online portal to pay in advance.

Would be nice if the operator picked up. Would like to know what I need to bring with me to be able to purchase. Not driving 20 miles to not have the right forms. 10 times I've called.

I guess if you’re from Middle East you can block the dock door and change your windshield while trucks are waiting for that door, great job sterns, and the street south of you is empty where they can do their repairs

People seem to be very friendly. Warehouse were produce was kept very clean from what I seen. Carpet in main office needed clean or replaced. But very nice establishment
