The lady at the last counter gave me my food in a very disrespectful manner. She threw my food on the glass counter, then laughed with her coworkers about it. Like really? Also, the bread on my sandwich was untoasted, and dry. Paid $21 to be disrespected and received low quality food. Never again.

I know cheesesteaks aren’t the prettiest sandwiches, but what even is this? So much mayo and lettuce. Weird cheese. Two tomato slices randomly thrown in. Too pricy for the size and quality.

Also the girl at the end of the line, packaging the food was in some type of mood, making faces. For what? Nobody asked her for anything. She just has to call out a number lol

The food is great, but the cashier often messes up my order. Even when I specifically ask them not to add a certain item, they still manage to get it wrong, which drives me nuts. Sometimes I just deal with it, but other times I feel the need to point out the mistake directly. I try to be polite, especially to the people preparing my dish, and I feel terrible bringing it up. However, the cashier needs to do their job and pay attention to my requests. I always make it clear what I want on my sandwich. The employees are great and always try to please their customers since they try to redo it and basically made it better, but the cashiers need to improve. Smh.

The bread was not well toasted and was so white that it was almost unbaked. The meat also tasted ordinary and had no flavour. I will definitely not be ordering again.

I had the large old school cheesesteak with bacon cheese fries and a strawberry lemonade.

-The cheesesteak was good.
-The fries are okay, except the bacon bits are the chewy hard ones.
-I love the strawberry lemonade.

I already ate 2hours before, so I bought too much.

The best Philly cheesesteaks (Queens mall) they maintain cleanliness, food quality and affordability. Keep it up guys! I always order from store and thru food delivery service and both have an excellent taste and freshness😊prime philly cheese steak is the best!

The staff is amazing.This Queens center Mall location has always worn gloves while preparing food even before the pandemic. The register staff never prepares food which is a plus considering handling of money. I always order the small chicken special with fries for 7.99. and the regular lemonade 🍋.They customize it for me by adding Italian dressing and extra extra pickles. I could eat here every day..lol
