They get you in and out quickly and take good care of you. I inherited a 5000 Ford from a family member and they still had years old accounts on file. Super painless to do returns, counter guys are all really friendly and easy going. Well worth shopping there.

Bx 2380: deliver 6/15/24.
Case 01463265
Calling attorney for lawsuit 7/12/24 for full refund of $25,000. And now - now it will be attorney fees too. For whaaat? Just deliver a working machine. Is it that hard?

dealer REFUSE to fix a mid deck manufacture issue AND/OR hydraulic leak. 1 qt missing per 4 hour run time.

6/15 delivery day - deck broken. ( welded left weak spot bent)
Wade Brown ‘inside sales’ You told me I could run over a 2x4 with this machine no questions asked. Your 74 y/o ex horse farm mother has the bx 1880 and she can run this property no problem and a 2x4.
Wade. When I called You said. “That doesn’t sound right”. Maybe it’s soft metal - sounds like a manufacture defect. I’ll send someone out courtesy”
Then called me back after the tech told us personally oh yea- this happens all the time. and said. Yea. Sounds like manufacture defect.
You followed up with - I see you have the insurance. So you just have to pay 250 and make a claim.

WHAAAAAT? manuf…… *i* pay? Oh wait for it guys it’s gets waaaay deeper and way better …

Wade. Your guy said it just happens all the time and it’s no big deal. Then you follow up call and say oh hey…:. Since you have an extended service warranty you paid 2500 for - let’s just run it through that and we’ll get paid by Kubota except th $250 you’ll pay out of pocket.

Because that suits who? This is a brand new machine with a soft metal weld surrounding the left list blade. (Pic attached mind you)

Long story short w the hydraulic - wades oh - May not have been delivered full because it’s a bumpy ride here ( had 2. 4 hours on it at delivery). So basically Wade, your service techs are useless? Don’t know how much to fill a new machine?

Anyhow. Next day. It doesn’t even read on the plastic stick. . We put a full quart in it. After the deck debacle. Okay. Wade said it’s cause of “burps” and his service techs don’t k or how to properly bleed lines before delivery. .

Over the next 14 hours ( we did 12 of those ) we had to put in 3 full quarts.

THATS A PROBLEM.

Wade calls back says. Yea. Just make a claim with your insurance only cost you 250 deductible for the manufacturer defect.

Upon calling Kubota corporate - their first reaction was just aghast.
But the owner of EMPIRE TRACTOR made a statement “ this consumer’s issues with the machine are a result of an accident on their property and we are not responsible.

WHAT ACCIDENT?

Huh!!

Where were you when this accident occurred? Describe the accident to me please. Wheres the police report?

No accident occurred here. You decided upon some fancy verbiage to twinkle foot your way out of being responsible for defective equipment is what I surmise.

Kubota rep called me to tell me the news and stated “ Kubota backs its dealers”. Meaning. They won’t cover the basic warranty !!!!!

Loook. At the freaking picture!!! That caused the deck to fail AND the hydraulic leak? Seriosuly? it’s a tractor capable of running f over a 2x4 is it not Or was that a salesman’s lie Wade? Did I pay 25k for a simple lawn mower?

Oubhhh. You want to start about the invoice I signed for 23 k in person? Vs the 25+ is on my Kubota credit ? Or the docusign documents I’m locked out if? Where I can’t even retrieve the original document because for the first time in 20 years there’s a sender lock on reviewing our downloading them

I was in real estate for 20 years. Never seen such thing. That’s why I never thought to check for it when I signed your documents. Never ever EVER seen that before.
Oh hey - thanks ALECIA for not responding to my request for access to the documents I signed so I can view them.

Great racket you guys all have going on.

Alecia. Wade. The owner.

They figured it out.

Even with the Kubota model and serial number the parts counter could not find the replacement part. The part diagrams from the computer were either not available or unreadable. You will better off going to Grainer on line or doing your own research. They were nice but not very helpful.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Been here a couple of times picking up orders for friends that live out of the area. Everytime they've called in and ordered their product, I've gotten there, the order was ready, and I was in and out quickly! Staff was quick to help carry the product to the vehicle and always were in good moods!
