Extremely rude staff. The lady behind the desk had a miserable attitude right from the start. I finally get directions to the loading facility across town, head over there. Wait at the gate for over an hour, no employees on site. Call the main office, the same lady gives me attitude on the phone and said "I know, someone will be over eventually" and hangs up. Got in a 730 on a Friday with no other trucks around. It's now 930 and still waiting on employees to show up to load.. if you truly hate your job, and are the miserable in life. Please find a more remote work environment. We will never be coming back.
