Great place for reasonably priced poultry processing. They're able to process birds for same-day pickup and can customize cuts as required. Highly recommended!

So one thing I can offer as advice to this business is to have a blow torch station for non Cornish Cross breeds. These breeds have little hairs that need to be dried a little, and then burned off. I would gladly pay an extre .50 a bird for that service. Other than that I'm happy I went with this business.
