I visited Cellar West Brewery and thought it was a nice place with nothing fancy. But the beer was most excellent, and they've won many awards for their brews. The beer-tenders were great, too.

One of the best breweries in a state full of them. We're so lucky to have this gem right here in Lafayette. I was drawn by the saison and other Belgian-style ales, but also love their lagers. The interior has very cozy vibes, and the patio is a great place to watch the clouds and listen to live music. Excellent staff. If you haven't been here yet, definitely check it out, and have a sandwich from Cosmic Coyote, the on-site food truck.

Probably my favorite brewery in the Denver/Boulder metro. Lagers and saisons that are true to style and incredibly well brewed, great vibes, friendly staff. Cosmic Coyote, the resident food truck, is fire as well. Absolutely love this place.

The weather was bad when I stopped in, so things were slower. I got to explore the place and chat with the bartender. The beer was amazing, the space was very welcoming (the last picture I uploaded is a bin of clean, folded blankets and a bin to discard them after use... amazing), the staff was wonderful, and I 100% will be back.

Funky and wild is what you’ll find here. The beers are fun and unique. The location is a slight challenge to find, but pass a vehicle graveyard and you’ll find this gem. The visit will be worth your time.

The taproom is cozy and relaxing, the service is spot on. If you’re a fellow Wisconsinite, you’ll feel even more at home. Glad to have Cellar West setup shop on Boulder!

Surprised I haven't left a review yet after years of coming here. THE brewery to go to if you are looking for a respite from taplists 100% consisting of fruit sours, triple dry hops and adjunct stouts. Always something new on the tap board when I come in, and I've yet to have a beer I disliked (including their sours/IPAs/stouts :)). Might need to pop in today...

Killer location and decide, great music, solid food and brews! Would highly recommend to everyone looking for a great spot! We had our monthly dad group gathering and it was a wonderful brewery.
