My family and I lived here for 16 years. Our daughter was born here and we all made good friends with our dear neighbors. It was very sad to leave this place. Not only because of our AWESOME neighbors but also because the Office staff was always very helpful. Specially Marie, she would always be there to help. The maintenance guys were also SUPER AWESOME! Rolstone, Charlie, Scott and Rick. I sure do miss them. They wouldn’t just do the job, but they were nice. They enjoyed what they were doing.
I totally recommend this place to live! It’s stress free and if you live in Court D, you will have the BEST NEIGHBORS from all Park Forest.

I have lived here for two years and it's a peaceful quiet place to live. My neighbors are very friendly and kind. My assessment fees include my property tax and maintenance repairs to my townhouse. Crime is very low in the area and we have good policing in the area.

This place is a joke to live in. They have a guy that goes around and measures your grass and is a jerk about it. They bylaws they have there are ridiculous. Also they handle stuff wrong all the time like one owner had a cubs win flag flying and was told to take it down but then a new owner comes and can fly their country flag with no issue. The two lady's in the office mary and lisa are a joke. To change anything pertaining to the unit you buy you have to get approval from them.

I lived here for 12 years and it was the best thing to ever happen to me real estate wise. The property tripled in value, and the monthly fees are low even if you have to pay out a loan on top. Still cheaper than any apartments around. 10/10 would recommend. Friendly staff, and professional maintenance.

Neighbors spy on you..and make up lies and report everything you do in your home to the office …then your forced to move without warning…DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOUR 60 and up

Another new rule: no more charcoal grilling. Have not heard anything about a charcoal grill setting a place a blaze. But you have a few that have melted their back porch with a "gas" grill. This of course after everyone was told not to put the grill on porch.
