This place is amazing. Short answer is, go here for a great experience, food and drinks were amazing and reasonably priced and the interior and décor was amazing!

My girlfriend and I love traveling to this area and always look for new places to try. First when you walk in, the décor is incredible, both the large seating room and the smaller area with the bar, the attention to detail is incredible. We came in the night before and met owner Claire who is genuinely so kind and passionate. She saw us arrive for brunch, remembered us from the night before and came over and said hello.

The food for brunch was incredible. I attached the pictures but honestly, it was the best brunch we have had in a long time. I can strongly recommend this place and it will be a stop for us every time we are in the area.

From the second I sat foot inside the door I felt like family. They were so accommodating, so friendly to my little dog, found the perfect place for me to sit inside with my dog in the shade, had an amazing tasting with a very very friendly guy who told me all about how their spirits are made. I had three cocktails one was better than the other, and I had a charcuterie plate which was very well done. They have great Wi-Fi, I needed the Wi-Fi because the town apparently has no cell service. All the servers were very friendly and attentive I can’t say enough good things about this place it was just what I needed today.

What delightful treat! My group of friends and I visited on a Sunday afternoon with the intention of getting lunch and doing a tasting. We had a wonderful experience from the tasting lead by Shawn (thank you!) to the lunch we ordered (get the fried chicken sliders) to the cocktails we had made with all of their own spirits (the Negroni was a big hit). All in all we had a fantastic experience and I hope we can return soon.

Nice place to get some good food and cocktails made with local, good tasting spirits. They carry a wide variety of products from their homemade honey to souvenir glassware to t-shirts. They also have a nice tasting room that can be used for private gatherings.

I recently had the opportunity to attend a private event at Catskill Provisions Distillery Tasting Room, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this venue is a gem.
The cocktails you can't miss- The Bees Knees was a standout—it uses their artisanal gin and was super refreshing. Their take on the Manhattan was also great using their house made honey whiskey.
The food was equally exceptional-the cheese board was a highlight, all locally-sourced. The flatbread pizzas and pasta were also great.
The vibe of the Tasting Room was perfect, you can tell they care about their product from the top down.
The staff also added a genuine warmth to the night and made everyone feel at home.
This place is a must visit for anyone in the area.

Wonderful atmosphere in a beautiful setting. We ordered drinks and appetizers. Really enjoyed the crafted cocktails, I had several of the Manhattan's and my wife had the Vesper. We ordered Cherry Tomato Bruschetta and it was delicious. We walked around the town and across the bridge over the river. We plan on making a return a trip.

Great place to get a drink. We sat outside and ordered some of their cornbread and chili. Rustic upstate feel and friendly service. Dog friendly too!
