I think everyone should check out Castle Verde! They have the best micro greens in town. They are delicious and packed full of all the good things your body needs. After a salad made with these greens I always feel full and energized!

The owner, Jay, is helpful and knows his stuff. He had an answer for all my questions! You can tell he has a passion for greens and nutrition. Definitely will be going back for more!

They are going to be holding a farmers market soon and I can't wait to see what I can find when that opens!

A wonderful place to get some amazing micro greens. It’s a little unsuspecting on Irving, but look for a Green house that has painting all in the front windows. Even at the sign says closed get out of your car.. most likely the owner is inside, and forgot to flip the sign. And the hours are accurate on their website and try to call if you want to get lots of really delicious micro greens for a special event or for your restaurant he’s ready and set to supply anybody who needs in a very trays of micro greens!
And it’s a very calming place to hang out and just let the owner might want upon your arrival.

Best microgreens in town. Great in soups, salads, sandwiches, or as a garnishment. I eat it with my steak, pork chops and chicken. Castle Verde is one of the best places to go to get fresh microgreens.

Wow wow wowwwww! How did a micro greens place get located on the Northwest side?! Who could think a salad could be so deeply rich and complex?! I’m blown away. Words can’t express the healthy deliciousness this hidden gem provides. This guy knows what he’s doing. 10/10 on the take out salad! I’ll be back!!!
