Fabulous vendors and great food. Samples to try on most before you buy so that was nice. Majority are locally owned and offer fresh, homemade like items. Make sure the check out the Kettle Corn (a delightful sweet but not too sweet kettle corn that dances on your tastebuds) and the Edelweiss Sourdough place (perfectly baked and beautifully presented). Both were delicious! I'd post pics but we ate it all up!

A small but pleasant farmers market. A decent assortment of booths and, to make it even better, the only one I could find open on a Saturday. Conveniently located next to the CSU extended campus, there were also other events within walking distance.

Castle Rock Farmer's Market! 8-12 every Saturday on the east side of the outlets. Only three weekends left until the end of the season! They always have the freshest produce. I usually get my veggies from here. Plenty of corn, pumpkins, peppers, apples, peaches, etc. I even got a new product elderberry syrup! The fresh salsa is delicious too. Elevated pastures has farm fresh eggs as well.. Highly recommend. I think it's better than the one downtown.

This is a REAL farmer’s market! We visited the farmer’s market at Founder’s Park a few weeks ago. There were NO farmers! I was told by a local merchant it’s owned by a family. Today, at the Castle Rock Farmer’s market, which is every Saturday, all summer, there are actual farmers and amazing produce! So glad I found this market!

LOVE this 'small but mighty' local farmer's market! It's not too big. but it has bread, really nice veggies, baked goods, drinks, Kettle popcorn and sometimes folks sell things like hand-carved wood or homemade items. Unfortunately the Douglas County Fairgrounds makes them post in a rough parking area....so anyone who has walking issues, strollers or is handicapped, just park really close and take your time. 🙂 Note - bring cash, not all vendors accept cards!

What a great hidden gem! We come here almost every Saturday morning. It's just big enough to have plenty of what you want. And small enough to not be crowded with long lines, tons of people and no parking like Parker.
We get burritos, tamales and fresh salsa from J&Js Gourmet Salsa. Wonderful pretzels, scones, other fresh breads and peaches from Heather. The tomato guy is the best of all the Farmer's Markets I have been too. There are several stands with field fresh veggies that stocks us up for the week. And, don't forget to pick up a giant bag of kettle corn.
It isn't obvious where it is located in the Outlet Mall because it's in the parking lot just across the street from the Food Court. (FYI Food Court is open with nice bathrooms) So just pull into the Outlet Mall and drive toward the freeway side and you'll see the tents.

Went here for my first time today (right outside the fairgrounds now as cited in previous comments & changed location) and it is a nice & quiet area with very friendly vendors. It was cold and wet this morning but everyone was all smiles. Bought 2 loaves of artisan bread & veggies (potatoes, corn on the cob, green beans, and peppers) for $24. I'm already digging into an asiago garlic loaf and cant stop because it is so delicious. It also makes me feel good to support local farmers & vendors. Cant wait to come on a warm day and see the lot filled up. 🙂
