We had a celebration at our work and called to see if they could cater us a Taco spread for our employees and did they ever come through! Thank you for all your hard work and delicious food! It made our employees very happy and the best tacos in town!

My husband and I were checking out places to eat in BV while staying there last weekend, based on reviews we decided to eat here. If you're like me, you might judge a Mexican restaurant on their chips and salsa, but I will tell you DON'T! The service was friendly and quick, and the restaurant was busy, but we were seated right away. Water, chips, and salsa came to the table and we both dove right in...and it was at that moment that I literally was about to walk out of the restaurant due to the salsa not being that great (to me). So, basically, bases were loaded, and they were either going to hit it out of the park or strike out! I had already ordered Tortilla Soup, and I was hungry and didn't want to have to try another place in town. The soup came and MY GOSH, what a completely different experience!! I ordered a cup and out came a bowl that was not only delicious, but it was FULL of chicken and the FRESHEST avocado that I've ever had at a Mexican restaurant (this is coming from a couple who travel to Mexico often). My husband ordered the taco salad with Asada and that too was phenomenal!!! Some of the freshest ingredients and the price was so reasonable. So, I'll repeat, don't judge this Mexican restaurant by the chips and salsa because you might not like them, but I hope, like me, you think everything else just knocks it out of the park!

This was THE BEST PLACE!!!!! I am from Pittsburgh, Pa. Stopped here not knowing what to expect but the food was excellent!!!!! So, so good. The waiter and the people were all so kind and friendly. I love this place. Will never forget the nice time I had here. The waiter recommended a meal and I went with it. It was so good. You will not regret stopping here.

We had lunch on our way to our camp site. We had our dog with us and they were very accommodating. We were served LARGE plates and our wait staff was super quick with refilling drinks + chips. Overall service + food was awesome and very much appreciated !

I’ve never scraped a plate so much. Savory till the last drop and I wanted more.

This is the second CS I been too and the name lives up to the hype.

100% will be back and the name lives strong. I would go to any of the CS’ out there. I met the owner, Rodger, and he served me well. Food was a 15/10. I can’t wait to come back.

I also can’t get enough of the house margaritas!

Need a place to get tacos and drinks? This was a great spot to bring my friends and my dog. With minimal outdoor seating, it had started to rain, and our server offered a table inside for all of us! The food menu prices are high, but once you see the portion, that's what you're paying for. Definitely be hungry when you come in. I had the shredded chicken burrito, which was huge but pretty good. The Fish tacos, which had 2-3 filets in them. Well battered, crispy, and overall, my favorite dish. I also had the 3 beef toung tacos, maybe not my Forte, but I gave it a try. No spicy things here, which was disappointing. The Margarita Pitcher was a must same with the refill. GREAT SERVICE! We had a great time here.

The food was muy bien! The rich flavors and authentic hispanic tastes that I crave when I come to Colorado is exactly what this little diner provides.

Downsides, we had a party of 5, and our food did not come out together. I would suggest an improvement in this area.

We were sat outside, which had a refreshing breeze and was relaxing. The place is very much a hidden gem in the mountains but was perfect after our white water rafting experience.
