Receiving starts 8am. Out by 9am. Can't ask for much more.

5 to start. Told $175 charge for 20 hour early arrival for 7 pallets even though no trucks at any of 8 docks and none waiting for an hour when a truck did arrived. I have 7 pallets 7 products and no breakdown. Let’s see how they do me tomorrow. Oh guess who I saw coming out of their office building……..I was unloaded quickly and dock person came to truck and said the 130 count pallets only had 104 each and the approach was, in a subtle way , he didn’t want me to check myself. I signed and left on my stringent delivery schedule.

Showed up at 7am for a 8am appointment 7 pallets unloaded decent. Told me hed come get me after im empty 3 hours later im in the shipping office seeing what the deal was they are all just staring at me 20 mins later still nobody comes to help. Will never be back

This driver should be fired immediately. For a hit and run. Today 12:30 I 90 in mass westbound. He took out my drivers side mirror in a construction zone. Wandered in to my lane had me up against the jersey barriers. Could have been a lot worse

They have overtime parking and also very quick to unload had an 11am appointment checked in at 7:45am and was put in a door and unloaded within 40 minutes very friendly staff.
