When you turn into this place, take the first entrance with the stop sign. Stop your truck there, and walk over to guard shack to your left. Go inside to check in. Make sure to give them your information to be on the “Call List”. They will have you drop your empty in their washout bay, which is around the corner of guard shack. (Look like a docking area) Bobtail out in the middle lane.

I arrived at 11:30am on a Saturday for my Fri-Sun 8am appointment. I got a call at 6:30pm to come pick up load, only waited 7 hours. Other truckers had to wait 24 hours, I got lucky.

Fast and efficient. Arrived to drop my trailer to be loaded 15 hours early only to find a preloaded trailer already ready for me. Office staff was very friendly.

Got here 3 hours be4 our appointment time. Checked in at the gate and dropped our mt trailer off at the wash bay. Inside to the shipping office and give them our information. We are waiting for our loaded trailer. Park out on the street while you wait for a phone call!
I come here again, been waiting over 24 hours. Asked to speak with a manager, they said no, we'll call you when your trailer is loaded!
Rude as hell, won't be coming back here again!

Just bad they can’t answer the phone because it’s too complicated. They really don’t care about the reviews. They don’t care about the people who work there. I really wish Trump send them all back home

These guys don’t even deserve a single star really. Drop dead time came and went, 19 hours later the trailer is ready. This place scams drivers they DO NOT PAY DETENTION! Made me 2 days late to the delivery and also late to my scheduled home time and appointments I had planned. Screwed my pay for the whole week and no detention pay here. Never ever again will I come here.

For you independent drivers who have a choice of loads, I highly recommend you avoid this shipper!
I have now waited over 5 hours for Cargills’ shipping department to correct a simple mistake made by their loaders.
They have made multiple statements to my company that this issue has been resolved but, multiple trips to the guard shack for my new bols have proven these statements to be false.
Respect is a two-way street and I ,for one, will never travel this street again.

Always decent experience. Have overnight parking on side of road, Walmart a mile or so down road and truck stop near to wait on your load if not ready. Washout available , quick in and out after they call with paperwork.

If I could do less than one star, I would. My load was a drop and hook scheduled to be picked up between 18:00-19:00. I arrived at 18:00 and the load was not ready so I dropped my empty at the wash and parked on the street. I called at 19:00 and it was still not ready. I waited, and called at 20:30...still not ready but they put me on the "wake up list" to call when it is ready. Phone rings at 05:50 the following morning and it's FINALLY ready. I hook up to the trailer and it's 1600+ pounds over. I asked what they showed as the gross weight loaded and they said 47,700...so they should have known. I had to drive 16 miles round trip to Love's and pay for the scale ticket to show them as they would not do anything without it. They took the trailer to be reworked and 4 hours later it was ready. I was scheduled to deliver at 07:00 in Omaha but was 14hrs late to that. Thanks Cargill
