I was shopping at Cardenas and I Has one hand on a sling and my shoe 👞 laces were untied and I couldn’t not tie them. There was Mario sticking produce. I had to tie my shoe but I couldn’t do it myself. I asked him if he would tie my shoes for me and right away he stop what he was doing to help me tie my Shoe for me. That impacted me greatly. He went above and beyond his work assignment. To help me sooooo much . Thank you Mario.

Sad this security guard named Daniel accused me of stealing for switching my personal belongings from one pocket to another then he has the nerve to say I have too multiple time how do I showed him what I had in my pocket sad wonder how many other customers has he done this to

Use to love the prepared chicken with salsa and tortillas. But lately Ive noticed the change in the taste. I’m sure they switched or added a different seasoning. Now Costco and Cardinas has the same taste in their chicken. It’s horrible. Please go back to your original seasoning.

I bought masa to make homemade tamales bought two bags when I started to put in my ingredients or seasoning and put some pork bullion I mixed it all of it but when I was done I noticed this chunks of corn and I thought well I wens to talk to the manager and he said you should of brought it and I dumped it in the sink and I took some pieces to show him and he acted careless he said I can’t help you he acted like a jerk what kind of manager does that and he goes I could talk to the people that makes masa. He needed to do that he just acted so careless he shouldn’t be a manager at all doesn’t know the meaning of it he just gets paid he doesn’t care about the costumers I will never buy masa from that place ever again and every time I spend over 200 hundred of groceries

Came here to do a work audit and got kicked out by the security guard whom was extremely unprofessional. The outside parking lot area was the messiest grocery store I have ever seen in my life. This chain is a public health hazard. They had an illegal street vendor on the sidewalk and tons of drugged out people lingering around.

DO NOT recommend bakery! Worst customer service, and untrained staff. Order a birthday cake for a little girl, as most with children understand the toy/figurine is the main attraction for the cake, and was denied one regardless of it being the driving force for purchasing the cake int he first place. Asked the staff member multiple times to confirm if the order had a toy and she annoyingly responded "these orders do not have a toy", and denied to confirm with superiors. Ultimately had to make a second drive back to the store with confirmation order slip, the manager rather than acknowledging their mistake and apologize she only made excuses for the inept staff member. Cardenas Markets should do better in cross training their staff in different departments and especially invest in customer service in order to not lose customers as they did today.
