Update - The owner reached out to me and addressed the incorrect product I got with a free delivery of the correct item. Updating to 5 stars. Thanks!

Sent multiple emails and got no response. Was sent the wrong product. Website descriptions are inaccurate. Tracking information was “cancelled,” so I got my incorrect package by surprise. It’s honestly a shame because this company was the easiest for me to order from, but without good customer service, what are customers supposed to do? I have 2 stars on account of the ease of ordering, otherwise I would have given 1 star.

Bad quality tea and customer service. Delivered product a month late and don't respond for months to emails if at all. Very disappointed and looking for a better manufacturer.
