Amazing friendly service, excellent menu options, and delicious sandwiches! I was shocked at the vegetarian menu - I could actually order more than just cheese and vegetables!

The photo doesn't do it justice but I had the vegetarian chicken cheesesteak and we also ordered the Bobbie which is Thanksgiving in a roll!

Kids decided we were having subs tonight. I ordered the Classic Cheese Steak Sandwich. It has grilled choice steak, mushrooms, onions, white American cheese and hot peppers. The steak was just a bit dry, everything else was perfect. Very flavorful. The big plus for me having Capriotti’s for the first time was the sub bun which was nice and soft, very tasty. You don’t see often that Sub Shops have buns made to the sizes they offer. Will I be on the lookout for Capriotti’s in the future. Heck yeah!!! Good stuff.

Food was good. Had “The Bobbie”, was delicious. Service was quick but then place was empty, so not a challenge there. Cleanliness at this place is atrocious. Every table had food crumbs on it. The floor and carpet mats were dirty. Splatters, dust, greasy fingerprints and smears on most surfaces (walls, counters, garbage can lid, soda machine). Garage left on the counter next to the soda machine and also under the soda machine. Sandwich prep counter was left with food scraps and two prep knives I hope the manager or owner is reading this, the staff training needs improvement regarding basic cleanliness. While we ate in the dining area, there were three employees in the back of the kitchen with time to talk and apparently oblivious to the need for the place to be cleaned.

If you're ever needing a sandwich, Caps is a solid choice. I've tried a lot of the sandwiches, and I'm not sure which is my favorite, but the Bobby is justified in it's reputation as a great sandwich, super filling and stuffed with turkey and stuffing and cranberries and more. Yummy and delicious. The staff here were kind, even brought the sandwich out to the table for me!

Sandwiches were great, the cashier was super friendly and gave great suggestions for our first visit. We had the Bobby and the grilled Italian. Both were fantastic. Inside seemed super clean and inviting. Great lunch for a crazy shopping day.

I've heard great things about this place, so I really wanted to like it more than I did. Due to timing, had to take it to go.

Ultimately, it's a sandwich place and that's what should be amazing. Jersey Mike's sandwiches are way tastier than these (and cost less as well). The bread was bland, there was no mayo or anything on it other than lettuce, cheese, and meat. It was so dry, I had to doctor it up at home. Not what should happen with great sandwiches.

The restaurant is full of chairs and tables, almost too much so. They try to pack em in there, but I can't imagine them doing good business.

I'll be going elsewhere from now on. These aren't less expensive sandwiches, so it's not worth it here to me.

I had an awesome, enjoyable experience of eating a Capastrami sandwich. I love Ruben sandwiches, but eating a Capastrami is way beyond my expectations and beyond a Ruben sandwich. The blending of the pastrami and their coleslaw satisfied my taste buds, and mybelly just wanted more. I'm here from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, helping out my cousin who recently had surgery. I know that Oklahoma City doesn't have a Capriotti's Sandwich Shop, and if there was a chance to have one, it would be a hit. The staff that served me and my cousin were courteous and helpful. The establishment was clean and well maintained. I thank my cousin Cassie for suggesting us to this amazing treat, her favorite place.

The subs are so yummy! We had the hot Bobbie and capastrami they were both delicious! Thanksgiving on a sub and the slaw and dressing on the pastrami were so yummy. All the stars! We will be back.
