My offloading experience was okay.
Offloading went easy. Enough of space to swing through.
The guy who was offloading was little grumpy but that’s fine with me, everybody can run into a bad day .

arrived at the opening for unloading. at 7 o'clock in the morning. stood at the office door, called and waited 15 minutes for someone to come up. OK. at 7:20 they gave the door. while I was standing and waiting for me to be unloaded, another driver arrived, stood at the door nearby at about 7:50. at 8:35 it was unloaded. I'm still standing and waiting for some pallets to be unloaded ... are you kidding me ?! here I was the only driver when I arrived! by apointment. I've been here for almost two hours and am still waiting for the unloading to be completed. fantastic!

Unloaded fairly quick.except they won't unload you until about 20 minutes before your appointment.even if you're in a door already.

Was 2 hours early for apt. Still took almost 3hrs afterwards. Spent 5+hrs to get unloaded. Wasn't very happy about it. Not to mention all staff I came in contact with had seemed to hate their life.

Got here now at 3am first time being here mind you, and a older gentleman comes out right before I was about to get out my truck to start looking for someone or something that directs me to check in or shipping and receiving and I tell him "hey how's it going? I was about to go looking for someone" response was I need you to back up to that light pole we have a lot of people coming in and out! I said cool but can tell you tell me where to check in and how do I go about it? Again his response was - we open at 7am then walks away... Still didn't answer my question! So far a terrible representation of the company... I hope to have a better experience later at 7am.. I'll give an updated review!

The place is a total joke management must have head in their rear. They are completely put out to recieve. 3.45hrs 5.5hrs and now going on 3 hrs I am only truck here this is on a 4 day spane never come back here ever.

I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment was put in a door right away and empty in 45 minutes. The people were great
