Quality meat is nearly impossible to find, unless you raise it yourself. If you're a brave soul who has taken the price of hay, finisher, vaccines, and the frigid cold on - congrats, you now have one less thing to worry about. You've found the best butcher in Southern Utah. Not only will they butcher at their location or on site (with their very cool mobile trailer), but they'll follow it up with a dry hang, and some of the most prestine trimming I've ever seen. Their packages are weighed to specification, and I'm yet to find more than an ounce difference in the burger packages, and nothing shy of perfection on the steak portions. The inherent quality of the meat is up to the rancher, how it sits on your dinner plate is up to the cook, but getting the most out of the meat is always the responsibility of the butcher. This team knows that and is nothing shy of a class act business, extremely professional, high yielding, clean, expedient, and customer focused. We will be taking all our beef, elk, deer, and hogs here, without a doubt.
