Just called the town court (ext 251)to ask a simple question about a fine I was attempting to set up a payment plan for. The woman who answers the phone (the one with a deep raspy voice and out of breath) is just plain RUDE! I called with TWO questions to be answered, and she HUNG UP on me before I could ask my second question! She also told me that if I didn’t stick to my payment plan that I’d be sued Excuse me? I only called to INQUIRE about a payment plan. Not to sign a blood-oath on the spot with the pushy woman. Sheeeesh Louise!

Just bought a place on Main Street. I had to go over to inquire about a water and sewer bill. The staff was so friendly and I was able to take care of what I came in for in no time. 5 star service!
