My trash has been sitting by the road for 4 days now. A representative called me today assuring me it would be picked up today. When I get home this evening everyone on the streets trash was picked up except mine for some reason. When I went to call, the number has been disconnected, so I have no way of even contacting them to get to the bottom of this. I’ve been a customer for 20 years, and the last four months have been a constant battle getting my trash picked up.

Met the truck going the opposite way as normal Many my service came late afternoon on Monday. Caught driver, he assured he was coming back and would pick it up. Called the next morning to "customer service" Response was "No, your pick up is on Thursday. I might add with a programmed response sheet?
Trash can has to sit out, on a rural black top road. First disappointment in over 20 years!

DONT BOTHER CALLING THEM. EVEN IF YOU HAVE PREPAID!! AT FIRST I THOUGHT, OH, A NEW MONEY LAUNDERING COMPANY!! THEY PROBABLY COULDN'T EVEN GET THAT RIGHT. OH AND NICE TOUCH LEAVING BEHIND 1 BAG TRASH FOR THE NEXT TIME YOU DONT SHOW UP!!

I had forgotten to set my cans out yesterday morning on my scheduled pick-up and called to ask about options for dropping it off myself somewhere. C&R sent the truck back by to grab it at no additional cost to me! In my book, that's excellent customer service . Thank you!

Best and most affordable trash service I have ever seen. I moved here from Raytown Mo several years ago and in Raytown you had a 2 bag limit unless you wanted to pay for extra bags. I care for alot of cats and without this trash service there is no way I could ever get rid of the used cat litter. To anyone posting negative reviews I would say, I do not care if you have to send check payments in the mail, nor do I care if you cant always get them on the phone first try. If I could leave a 100 star review, I would. Best trash service ever. l)J

They are the most amazing people I've had the pleasure of dealing with. They are so kind and polite and wonderful. They treat me like they have known me my whole life. I couldnt imagine going anywhere else.
